REFUND & EVENT POLICY
1. If the event is cancelled you will be 100% reimbursed, but note that we organisers will be sending back the exact same amount of money that we have received in! We are not responsive for any refunding extra fee in case this gets applied on any refund via the money transfer company, or your chosen payment method.
2.We keep the right to return any made payment if the workshop/party/accommodation participant list is full before you make your payment.
By being kind we might be trying to do all our best to find spot you you, but never means we owe you that
Due to the limitation of participants and the wish of having a good balance at both workshops and parties we recommend you to be quick with booking your spot and book with an opposite gender as a partner for a lower price.
3.Every purchased/reserved spot at this event is considered as consumed and therefore is not refundable except if the event is full or canceled.
Pass exchanging; You have the possibility and it is your duty to find a new owner for your pass (es) but the new holder of the pass must be in respective gender as the main owner except " follower (female) to leader (male).
From two weeks ahead to the event a fee of Sek150 (~15€) will be applied when names changed.
NB: Slight adjustments could occur in the event information and in the policy, we therefore ask you to stay tuned.
